Kurt Newsom is a Managing Partner for XXI Wealth with over 15 years of industry experience working with clients on their investments and retirement planning needs. Kurt brings a unique background to the advisory function, having earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM certification along with a joint J.D./M.B.A. degree from the University of Miami with a specialization in financial investments and corporate finance. Kurt also received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.
Kurt has served as president of the Young Associates Board of Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. He was inducted into the Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society and The Bar and Gavel Honor Society. He also received the prestigious James S. Mofsky Memorial Service Award, which was awarded to him due to his charitable work.
